My experience with Wydrs Studios has been extremely disappointing due to poor customer service and delays in the return process. I initially requested return labels on March 2. On March 3, I promptly confirmed my address and even provided screenshots of my order confirmation as requested by their support team.
Despite following every instruction given, I still did not receive the return labels. In an email dated March 6 at 11:18 PM, I was told that the labels would be sent on Monday. As of March 10, I still had not received the return labels for the two orders.
The lack of follow through and the continued delay in resolving a simple return request is frustrating and unacceptable. Customers should not have to repeatedly follow up for something that was already promised. I hope the company improves its customer service and response time because this experience has left a very negative impression.
