At the presentation, we were promised a 45-minute introduction to a new app aimed at improving our experience, but it turned into a frustrating ordeal. The representative seemed clueless about the app, and despite her attempts to help, nothing was resolved. Ultimately, we were told we needed to spend significantly more to maintain our status, and when we showed disinterest, the representative’s demeanor changed drastically. We were labeled as those with the most complaints simply for not wanting to buy more!
