STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. We were lured into what was promised as a 90-minute presentation on 11/02/2024, but after FOUR HOURS, we left with a timeshare we should never have purchased. Right from the start, I mentioned I had been widowed just 9 months prior and was in a new relationship. Did they ease up? Absolutely not. They intensified their high-pressure tactics and created a false sense of urgency, insisting "prices will NEVER be this low again!" Person after person approached us for hours, offering "free" vacation weeks to close the deal. They hurried us through the paperwork in about 30 minutes and even had us open a credit card for the down payment.
The deception was astounding. They claimed "it's not a timeshare, it's real estate" and that it would be "easy to resell," which was entirely untrue. They assured us we could rent it out for passive income and vacation "anywhere, anytime," but when we tried to book in Hawaii, there was no availability. Other platforms were actually cheaper than using this service. We clearly stated NO JOINT OWNERSHIP due to our new relationship. They smiled and agreed, but my partner was added as a co-owner WITHOUT our explicit consent.
They conveniently omitted that maintenance fees can skyrocket over time, that special assessments are added on top of regular fees, that our children would inherit this financial burden, and that we had a legal right to cancel within 5 days under state law. The "free gifts" were useless with impossible restrictions. The worst part? We've paid $16,800 and have NEVER used it once because we can't secure bookings. The relationship ended, but my ex is still tied to the contract. This service preys on vulnerable individuals. Save yourself the money and heartache. Run far away.

First, the Front Desk staff instructed me to bring down my dirty towels for counting before I could receive clean ones! This meant a trip back to my room and then to the desk again. Secondly, the TV remote stopped working, and I was told to bring it down to get a replacement, even though I was already in bed. When I returned, the new remote didn’t work either, forcing me to go back down in my pajamas! Then, a strong smell came through the heater, and although the staff said they would check it out, no one ever came. Additionally, the TV screen had black lines on various channels, and the picture quality was poor. Lastly, the carpets in the hallways were filthy and seemed overdue for replacement!

We attended a presentation but faced rudeness when we opted not to purchase the plan. The salesperson was overly aggressive and even made a disrespectful remark about our future attendance at presentations. This was not customer-friendly at all!
This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered! Points were taken from our account without explanation, and despite multiple calls and even speaking to a supervisor, no one could resolve the issue. I strongly suggest choosing a different hotel chain. What was once a reputable brand has severely declined in recent years.
I hesitate to even give this company a single star. I attended a lengthy ‘club preview’ presentation that turned out to be a high-pressure sales tactic. They delayed revealing the price until the end, shocking us with a quote of $18,000. The pressure was intense, and when we expressed the need to think it over, the staff became visibly upset. Promises of a free gift for attending were not honored once we declined the membership. The entire experience was stressful and left us feeling disrespected.
Our timeshare experience has been a nightmare from the very beginning. After falling for a vacation package, we were pressured into a high-pressure sales pitch that led to a costly upgrade. The promises made during the sales pitch about benefits and easy bookings have proven to be false. We have never successfully booked a vacation and have faced enormous fees and frustrations. The financial burden is overwhelming, and we feel completely misled by this company.
At the presentation, we were promised a 45-minute introduction to a new app aimed at improving our experience, but it turned into a frustrating ordeal. The representative seemed clueless about the app, and despite her attempts to help, nothing was resolved. Ultimately, we were told we needed to spend significantly more to maintain our status, and when we showed disinterest, the representative’s demeanor changed drastically. We were labeled as those with the most complaints simply for not wanting to buy more!
I had a reservation issue and was told to contact customer service. After explaining my situation, the representative hung up on me. A follow-up chat yielded no help, as they merely recited cancellation policies without addressing my concerns. It felt like they were not genuinely interested in assisting me.
