They delayed revealing the price until the end, shocking us with a quote of $18,000. The pressure was intense, and when we expressed the need to think it over, the staff became visibly upset. Promises of a free gift for attending were not honored once we declined the membership. The entire experience was stressful and left us feeling disrespected.
