What began as an enticing offer in a casino quickly devolved into a frustrating timeshare nightmare. Lured by promises of flexible travel options, gift cards, and seemingly advantageous vacation opportunities, we were persuaded to purchase the smallest possible package. The initial sales pitch painted an attractive picture of worldwide travel and Disney Park access. However, reality proved starkly different. Booking availability was extremely limited, effectively rendering our investment nearly worthless. Despite being told we could easily book locations in New Mexico, Colorado, California, Florida, and Mexico, we managed only two stays—both in Las Vegas. The high-pressure sales tactics continued even after our purchase. A promised "one-hour" membership update meeting stretched to 2.5 hours, with persistent attempts to upselling. Customer service was equally unhelpful, providing ambiguous exit strategies that required additional costs. Contrary to initial assurances, fees have consistently increased annually. What was marketed as a flexible, cost-effective travel solution has become a financial burden with minimal tangible benefits.
