AVOID THIS PLACE! I typically only write negative reviews when absolutely necessary, and this is one of those times! I stayed on December 16, 2025, in room #307. First, the Front Desk staff instructed me to bring down my dirty towels for counting before I could receive clean ones! This meant a trip back to my room and then to the desk again. Secondly, the TV remote stopped working, and I was told to bring it down to get a replacement, even though I was already in bed. When I returned, the new remote didn’t work either, forcing me to go back down in my pajamas! Then, a strong smell came through the heater, and although the staff said they would check it out, no one ever came. Additionally, the TV screen had black lines on various channels, and the picture quality was poor. Lastly, the carpets in the hallways were filthy and seemed overdue for replacement!
