- 7 months from order to delivery- Several misleading and incorrect timelines- Forgot to check measure- Awnings were given scallops which were not selected or discussed - they look hideous - Colour ordered based on the website list of allowed colours ended up being unavailable - in fact we were told that the website was simply wrong and needed updating- No follow up for satisfaction or apologies for the delay
