Initially, I was with another service and paid the full four years. They extended my contract when it wasn't enough, and then the firm changed ownership. Since December 2023, I've struggled to reach them. After being on hold for over 1.5 hours, I finally spoke to someone in March. I documented all my attempts to contact them and was told a settlement was reached, but nothing happened. I had to stop payments, and now, I can't even access my account to check on my debts.
