Initially, I was with another service and paid the full four years. They extended my contract when it wasn't enough, and then the firm changed ownership. Since December 2023, I've struggled to reach them. After being on hold for over 1.5 hours, I finally spoke to someone in March. I documented all my attempts to contact them and was told a settlement was reached, but nothing happened. I had to stop payments, and now, I can't even access my account to check on my debts. I've received no communication, and I just found out my account was closed without my consent while I still have funds that could have settled my debts. Unbelievable! Advocate for yourself instead.
This company has been the worst I've ever dealt with. Initially, things seemed fine, but it quickly deteriorated. I had to constantly follow up or they wouldn't do anything. I sent in documents about being subpoenaed, and they did nothing, leading to wage garnishment. They told me sorry and marked my card as paid. As my contract neared completion, I couldn't get answers about settling my accounts for months. They extended my contract by two years without justification. In the end, I paid more than if I had settled my debts myself, which also damaged my credit. This was the worst financial decision I ever made.
This company seems to be unresponsive. They aren't answering calls or emails. I was supposed to complete the program two years ago, yet they charged me recently despite having more than enough in escrow. I had to put a stop payment on a draft and incurred additional fees. I urge others to report them to the appropriate authorities.
Things were fine since 2019 when I joined the program. Now, I'm down to my last creditor and can't reach anyone. I was on hold for about three hours recently, and their latest offer was even higher than my original balance. Now, I have to pay an additional $200 to finish, but I still can't get in contact with anyone! WYO Lawfirm is truly disappointing! Save your money and handle your situation on your own. They frequently breach the contract and keep extending it. They misrepresent themselves as a debt consolidation service but let your debts go into default, waiting for lawsuits to make more money. They claim they can save you a certain amount but then change it to a higher percentage based on future amounts. In the end, it's better to negotiate directly with your creditors, which could save you thousands and avoid long-term credit issues. This place is worse than useless!
I've been using this service since 2019 for debt settlement, with an expected completion by November 2022, but now it's July 2023 and extensions keep happening. I was recently told I need more funds to settle, or my case will be extended again. I regret signing up and feel trapped, as I can't afford to switch to another service. I have consistently made my payments, yet I feel lost and frustrated.

I had to stop payments, but they still found a way to keep taking money from me. This company has changed its name multiple times and seems to evade scrutiny. Please, any authorities, take action against these individuals.
