Things were fine since 2019 when I joined the program. Now, I'm down to my last creditor and can't reach anyone. I was on hold for about three hours recently, and their latest offer was even higher than my original balance. Now, I have to pay an additional $200 to finish, but I still can't get in contact with anyone! Previously, I could ask questions without issue, but now that I'm trying to end my involvement, no one is available.
