I paid for the yearly subscription and designated office space which is $50 a month on top of the upfront costs for the registrations. I started to receive mail, and found out they charge you $50 to forward one piece of mail to a different address. When asked about this, they said it was to cover the cost of opening, reading and logging the mail, but those services are ALREADY covered in the membership fees. This is an outrageous fee for a simple service. I canceled and went to a competitor with better terms and pricing.
