This company also does business under the name Digizira LLC & Harvard Business Services Inc. We ordered floor mats from this company March 5, March 6 we get an email asking for pictures of the inside of the truck (we thought this was weird since their site says they have 3D laser cutting computer system and any system like that all you have to do is enter the vehicle information in and it knows exactly what that vehicle looks like) so we sent them pictures of the inside. They then sent an email and said once they are out of production you will get and email update (per their site 2-3 days for production), two weeks goes by and nothing! We send and email asking what was going on and they don't have answers but once they did we would hear from them. A month later we get an email with the tracking, but then it just stops moving. We send an email asking what was going on and we are told that the entire shipping container with 40 orders went MIA and nobody knew where it was and once again once they knew something we would hear from them. May 2, the mats arrived on our door step and they are wrong. After their 3D laser computer system and our pictures they still couldn't cut the mats correct. Now we are trying to get a full refund and they are telling us that they will give us a full refund but we have to pay for the shipping to Dubai and then once they get them back , look them over to make sure there is nothing wrong with them, they then will refund us. How do we believe they won't do anything so they don't have to refund us, when we have had nothing but trouble from the start and why do we have to pay for the shipping when what we were sent was not made for our truck?
