They seem to keep changing names without addressing ongoing issues. Excuses about tariffs, shipping, and other problems are common, but there's a lack of accountability. They rarely respond to calls or emails; I've left numerous messages without any reply. They even sent me the wrong color, and the items don’t fit my vehicle at all. Despite providing photos and videos, months have passed without any resolution. It looks like I may need to pursue small claims court, as they appear uninterested in fixing the situation.

Avoid this company if you seek a satisfactory buying experience. I waited three months for my back mat, and when it finally arrived, it didn't fit. I was informed a warranty ticket was opened, but now they are unresponsive. It seems they have no intention of resolving this, so I will pursue a dispute with my payment provider. It’s disappointing how some companies treat their customers. Zero accountability.
