The auto-tracking barely works, the user interface is clunky and confusing, and the connection constantly fails. On top of that, I’ve had multiple remotes fail—and instead of replacing their clearly faulty equipment, customer service endlessly harasses you for more information without ever providing a real solution.I was initially considering supporting them further by upgrading to the Falcon, but after this experience, I wouldn’t risk it. If the Falcon has any issues, you’ll be stuck dealing with the same frustrating, unhelpful support. Save yourself the headache and look for alternatives—or at the very least, buy insurance so when the product inevitably fails, you can actually get your money back.Highly do not recommend.
