We bought tickets for an event that was cancelled to days before because of weather circumstances. According to the organizer, Xceed should coordinate the refund the tickets. I claimed my refund via instagram of the organizer in the moment the event was canceled.However Xceed just sent a email announcing that the process of refund will start soon, but nothing ever reached me after that email. They have not responded in over 3 months as they obviously don't want to refund and are now stating that they sent an email with a deadline. This deadline for refund expired last week. Despite the fact that putting up a deadline for refunds is impossible according to EU consumer protection, how should I react to a deadline I never knew of?Still hope to see my money back, as the team is really not cooperating.
