I used XCEED to buy a ticket to a club. A bouncer started shoving my friend in line and screaming at him which was an incredibly scary experience. I tried to get a refund through XCEED support, but they told me they cannot do anything and they need permission from the club to give me a refund. Why would the club that harassed my friends give us a refund???
By allowing this club to remain on their platform and take our money without providing services, XCEED is putting its customers in dangerous situations and has support that does not care about your safety.

Event got cancelled for external reasons to them. Authorities forced the cancellation in forest areas due to the hot whether, which is something outside their control. They immediately offered to replace or refund the ticket afterwards. The replacement of ticket was quick and effortless. Top customer service.
Scam warning – don’t trust this place!We bought official tickets for an event at Lilly’s Club in Monte Carlo, received confirmation and QR codes, but were not allowed in. There were crowds of people outside, all with paid tickets, and nobody from the club offered help or explanation.It was clearly a well-organized scam, taking money from hundreds and delivering nothing. Totally unacceptable and disappointing. Stay away from this place.
