Timing,Even if I had to wait a long time to see a doctor and to have all examinations and the Dr assessment to be able to send you the Dr certificate to get the money from the insurance there was NO problem. There was no unclear and unnecessary questions I found the documentation to fill in very clear even if it´s a bit long and boring and can be frustrating to get everything correct on internet, But it all went very smoothly I will definately use XCover when I fly internationally with SAS.
