As I haven't as yet had reason to make a claim I unfortunately could not give a full 5 star rating as I will only know how effective my cover is after the need to make a claim. Hopefully I don't need to.

Horrible horrible horrible. BOTH WEBSITES ARE It’s a scam. XCOVER - WhatsApp is a bot… can’t get any thing resolved, tried reaching out via email … also, automated …. No resolution either. Phone number is nonexistent!!! DO NOT PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE.

If the reviews on this platform with 5 stars are real .... either
1- Rental cover with office in Canada are very bad and lack of professionalism
Or
2- the reviews are fake .... no way they sort out a claim in 3 days 🧐🧐

Had problems with AXS Tickets app & customer service straightened out for me over the phone the best she could & I really appreciated her professionalism as well as her understanding. Wish I was able to get the reserved seating I almost got before the AXS Tickets app because I really love the fact that my AXS Premium tickets are protected in so many ways. 👍🏻💯❤️✌🏻🙋🏻‍♂️

Please dont buy insurance from them through ryan air

I purchased insurance from them through Ryan Air. Unfortunately I couldn’t travel. Then I tried to log in to claim and my account wasn’t showing up or blocked. I checked for emails I could not find any separate email from them. I havent been sent a reference number although i paid for it. I contacted Ryan air. They were unable to provide any services. I contacted xcover through online form they asked to use email id and appleid which I tried many times and was unable to locate my account.

There is no helpline number to call or who will solve issues for you because they do not want you pay you of your insurance.

Completely dissatisfied with the service.

This was a complete waste of resources. Both the company and the service were ineffective in helping us get reimbursed for our delayed flights. I struggled to find evidence of the return flight date that was offered, which we ultimately missed without prior notice. After a lengthy 2.5-hour phone call, the airline refunded our return flights, indicating they acknowledged the mistake. However, my alternative booking home was rejected because I couldn't provide proof of that call, even though I requested a transcript at the time. I will never use the company or service again. Fool me once.

Very Disappointed with the Service

I am very disappointed with this situation and considering escalating it to the appropriate authority. During the application process, I was told I would receive a notification within three days. However, after numerous emails and conversations with the support team, who promised to assist by reaching out to the insurance team, there is still no solution. I did not expect this, especially since my previous experiences were much better. This is not acceptable.

Unable to utilize our train tickets due to a family emergency.

We couldn't use our train tickets because my father-in-law fell seriously ill. The documentation needed by the service was absurd; even with a hospital letter, it wasn't sufficient. It feels like typical insurance practices, making it difficult to receive any payout. I was only trying to claim £79 but ultimately gave up.
