I file had sent 4 email complaints and no comminication or any movements on my claim at all.
I put a review 7days ago and " suppose to get an email withing 24hrs" ... guess what ?? Nothing yet...
If the reviews on this platform with 5 stars are real .... either
1- Rental cover with office in Canada are very bad and lack of professionalism
Or
2- the reviews are fake .... no way they sort out a claim in 3 days 🧐🧐
