I had a disappointing experience with this company's return policy. After receiving the wrong item (a gray hair topper instead of the silver one I ordered), I was informed that I needed to pay for return shipping to their warehouse in China. The shipping cost was quoted at R1990, which is more than double the price I paid for the product (R950). When I raised this issue, they offered a 30% refund on the purchase price if I kept the incorrect item, which amounted to just R285.While I appreciate that they proposed an alternative, the offer felt inadequate given the significant error on their part and the excessive return shipping cost. This experience has left me frustrated, as I’m left with a product I didn’t order and a refund that doesn’t come close to compensating for the mistake. Be cautious when ordering from this company, as their international return process is both expensive and cumbersome. Lastly, I would like to point out that the product is certainly not made of human hair.
