This company is a scam. The product you receive looks nothing like what is advertised. After returning the item at your own expense, you still don’t receive a refund. Once you request your money back, they simply stop responding to emails.
Hanteng Network - This company is a complete scam, purchased a topper for my sister with cancer, it was made of plastic not real hair as advertised. They offered a refund if I returned it which I did and paid for tracking so I had proof of collection there end which they did, heard nothing after that, kept contacting them with no response.Filed a complaint through PayPal with no luck, so they are just as bad, I had proof of all correspondence and receipts and they still took the side of the rip off company "UNBELIEVABLE" Never deal with this company ever!!!!!!!

Please do not order from this company. Complete scam . The topper I received is totally nothing like the item ordered. I think the italian designer had a day off on this one .,.Plastic hair , thick hairline , seethrough on the lace part , very heavy , vibrant yellow colour... not even good for fancy dress . Wanted it as I have thining hair due to medical reasons, feel totally scammed. So please do not order from this scam site. Numerous emails sent to them with no response, I wish I had read other reviews before ordering .

SCAMI just wish I had bothered to look at these reviews before ordering as I have been totally scammed. The toppers are awful - the front was raised and you could see the stitching and the cap. I contacted customer services and Ms Liu messaged me and apologised and asked me to return it promising a full refund and refund of my return postage costs. I don’t know how I could have been so stupid but the messages from Ms Liu seemed plausible. The item was returned but the company didn’t accept it or I was given the wrong address (probably the latter on purpose) and the item is now lost somewhere in China. They now don’t reply to me anymore even though I have been fair and conciliatory in every way. But I will now post about this wherever I can to warn others. So I lost on the cost of the item and the delivery back. I feel so stupid for falling for this scam!!I wish I could give zero stars. Beware and don’t fall for it like I did.
