Shocking experience. The parcel was delivered in a shocking state. It was punctured, battered, damp and filthy. I could hear the contents sliding around inside and when I spoke out about the damage, I was abruptly told 'no damage, open, if damage they sort'. Not only did it look like a return item but it had clearly been dropped more than once.
