The delivery driver literally dumped my new door at the door and walked away, when I called him back I asked if he could place it in my doorway as I'm disabled female and poorly his response was no I don't get paid for that it's an insurance thing. It was pouring down I wasn't asking him to come in just to lift it above the step into the hall. But no. It's a shame because wickes are a good company the courier not so good.
