Literally awful. This is now our second experience with them. First time I watched the guy pulled up, walk to our door, take a picture of the door then jog away by the time I got to the door (10 seconds) he was already in his van driving away.
This time we watched them pull up, get out the van (I opened my front door so they couldn’t argue I was in and stood watching them) they then took a photo got in their van and drove away, 10 seconds later got a “sorry we missed you notification” I drove after them and confronted them.
They then claimed it’s with another drive and it will be delivered today. Can confirm it was not.
