I have not received the transfer; my money seems to be stuck in the system and has not been processed. They requested a bank statement to verify where the funds should have arrived, which I provided, but it has now been 13 days with no resolution. The status indicates the money was successfully transferred, but it is not showing in my account. I reached out to them via email, and they insisted the funds had arrived, but I have not received anything. I feel incredibly frustrated to potentially lose my money despite providing the necessary proof. If you're considering using this service, please think carefully as it seems unreliable. I plan to contact them again tomorrow. It's disheartening! I will update if I eventually receive my funds! This is not my first time using the account where the money was supposed to go; it typically takes 1-2 days, but now it has been 14 days without any sign of the money. I don’t want to hear excuses about delays from banks. Please either refund my money or ensure the transaction goes through. This payment has been stuck in the system and never completed.
