My issues were specifically with the Athens location. At pick-up, the manager was dishonest and aggressive, forcing me to pay: €40 for an after-hours fee (even though the time was confirmed in my booking), €250 for drop-off in another location (also clearly stated in my reservation), and €40 for a so-called 'ferry tax' that was never mentioned during booking. Instead of the expected €123, I was charged €454 without prior notice. The worst part was the manager's demeanor: extremely rude, arrogant, and even threatening. She made it clear that 'any tiny scratch' would incur additional charges, creating an intimidating atmosphere. Someone like this should not be working with customers and should be removed from her position immediately. In conclusion, this branch not only adds hidden and unjustified fees but also treats customers with threats and disrespect. This company ruins vacations – stay far away.
