To anyone considering this company in the future - I strongly advise against it. Expect significant hidden charges (in my case, the fees were almost as much as the original booking). But that wasn't even the worst part! They require you to return to their office every 20 days to renew the contract while charging you the full amount for the initial contract. This allows them to act as if they never mentioned renewing the contract and reclaim their vehicle before your rental period ends! This method leaves no recourse for authorities. Beyond poor service or a dirty car, this is a true scam. Stay away or learn the hard way as I did.
This was the worst car rental experience I've had in over six years of renting in Greece. The advertised deposit was €480, but in small print, it stated that this only applies if you take their insurance. The actual deposit was €690. Since I rented the car for more than 10 days, they also charged me an extra €40, claiming they had to take the deposit as payment rather than just blocking it on my card. Upon returning the vehicle, they attempted to charge me for marks that were clearly just mud. The entrance to the car park has a muddy puddle, and a van splashed the vehicle as I drove in. Despite this, they insisted I get the car cleaned (at my own cost) before they would even think about refunding the deposit. Even then, they delayed processing the refund, stating I would have to wait until they spoke to the bank. They were rude, aggressive, and clearly looking for any excuse to withhold part of my deposit. Having rented cars across Greece without issues, I can confidently say this company is unprofessional and unethical. They rely on misleading fine print and intimidate customers. I would never recommend them and even canceled a future booking on the spot. Avoid this company; they are dishonest and only interested in extracting as much money as possible from customers.

As I was shown the vehicle, she pointed out tiny marks that would incur charges if I caused them. Most companies only charge for noticeable dents or worse. I mentioned I was going to a beach area, and she warned that if there was ANY sand in the car, I would face a cleaning fee. Typically, companies clean the car after each rental as part of their business costs. When I pointed out the dusty environment and the likelihood of dirt from Greece, she replied that I would be expected to have the car washed before returning it, which I had never encountered in 40 years of renting cars. Finally, they failed to provide me with the correct return address, making it difficult to find among dirt roads and inclines. Renting from this company and dealing with the staff's attitude caused me significant stress that affected my holiday, so if you want to do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.

You can take their insurance, but it feels like paying for protection against extortion; I prefer to avoid such a business model.

From the moment we arrived, the employee managing our check-in was rude, unwelcoming, and aggressive. When we declined, she threateningly warned that if the car had even 'a mosquito' on it, we would be responsible. This was clearly an attempt to intimidate us into buying extra insurance rather than a real explanation of rental terms. She remained confrontational during check-in and claimed we couldn’t place our luggage in the back seat, a rule I’ve never heard of with any rental company. We drove the vehicle carefully and returned it in great condition, but understandably, there were a few bugs on the windshield and some dust on the wheels from driving on an unpaved road. Upon return, she exaggeratedly inspected the car, taking photos of minor dirt and bug splatter. She stated she would need to call her manager to see if the car could be accepted. When I pointed out that renters are not required to wash a car before returning it, she started shouting, 'not my problem, not my problem' repeatedly, referring back to her earlier 'mosquito' comment. This was misleading and manipulative. That comment was made to pressure us into buying insurance, not as a cleaning requirement. There was no mention of a cleaning standard or fee during check-in. She called her manager and spoke in Greek, seemingly to prevent us from understanding. Based on her tone, it seemed the manager may have disagreed with her stance. Eventually, she informed me of a €25 cleaning fee. I agreed to pay it just to resolve the situation. Then she abruptly stated that an additional interior inspection would be conducted and we would be charged for anything they found wrong. I should have pushed back on this, but I was shocked and exhausted from the entire experience and just wanted it to end. Her tone was unnecessarily harsh and disrespectful, especially considering the vehicle was returned in excellent condition. Even her colleague, who was polite, appeared uncomfortable with her behavior. I left feeling unfairly treated, and I wouldn’t be surprised if more unjustified charges were attempted. Thankfully, we documented the car's condition thoroughly and had insurance, but this treatment is unacceptable. In summary, while the vehicle itself was fine, the customer service, especially during check-in and return, was entirely unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
