I got a POS system in July 2025, and it has never worked properly. The printer delays receipts, the till rarely launches, and I'm limited in processing sales. I've contacted the support team multiple times, but to no avail. A representative even falsely claimed I was refusing their calls. The equipment is faulty, yet they refuse to release me from the contract. I can't process sales during my busiest time, while they still take payments monthly. Initially, the tech team wrote glowing reviews about themselves without my consent. I have never experienced such poor customer service.
