Review Time
Having used XEPOS for 5 years we have decided not to renew our contract. We have had a few issues over the last year and have had to use a back up system from SUM UP .. Trying to get a response from XEPOS is very difficult.

Please note that notices are only valid if given within the correct cancellation window, which starts 14 days before the contract end date and ends on the contract end date. Any notice given before or after this window is not valid.

Their support is crap, Their machine DIED in the first 6 months. They have not refunded me and say they won't. Nearly three weeks of countless emails, Phone calls that don't get answered and a live chat that keeps going round in circles, I ended up phoning their sales line just to see if someone actually works there (they did answer though). Machine ran on windows 10 which is no longer supported.
Save the stress and agro ad go elsewhere
I've had a terrible experience with this service. I've been paying for a year without using it, and now that I want to cancel, they've automatically renewed my subscription and are charging me cancellation fees! I plan to escalate this issue. They never answer their customer support line. This is the worst company I've dealt with.

I got a POS system in July 2025, and it has never worked properly. The printer delays receipts, the till rarely launches, and I'm limited in processing sales. I've contacted the support team multiple times, but to no avail. A representative even falsely claimed I was refusing their calls. The equipment is faulty, yet they refuse to release me from the contract. I can't process sales during my busiest time, while they still take payments monthly. Initially, the tech team wrote glowing reviews about themselves without my consent. I have never experienced such poor customer service.
