Having used XEPOS for 5 years we have decided not to renew our contract. We have had a few issues over the last year and have had to use a back up system from SUM UP .. Trying to get a response from XEPOS is very difficult.

Please note that notices are only valid if given within the correct cancellation window, which starts 14 days before the contract end date and ends on the contract end date. Any notice given before or after this window is not valid.
