I use Xero for my multiple small companies. Overall, easy to use and navigate but there are some bugbears - there is a most basic principle of purchase ledger accounts and it's missing from Xero - which is a feature that enables you to mark bills as being in dispute - where wrong items delivered, short delivered, quality issues etc.
Without this, it's easy to accidentally pay for bills you don't want to!
I am part of a thread on their "Product Ideas" page which currently has over 1,200 comments (it's not the only thread about this idea) but obviously this feature is not viewed as important to Xero so they would rather upgrade their User Experience rather than fix an issue that matters to users. It seems that Xero doesn't actually care about their users!
