Please beware, Xero offer Xero support, and if something goes wrong, which it will, like a credit card does not authorise, and then they cannot take payment when you update card details, it will still freeze the account. It is a useless piece of software and i wish i had not chosen such a shockingly bad bit of software. Going over to Quickbooks as a result,

Caution advised. From my experience, this software employs dubious billing methods and offers subpar customer service. Even after attempting to cancel, I was hit with an extra charge, which was both frustrating and unforeseen. Resolving the issue proved challenging, and the support team was not helpful. Overall, I cannot recommend this software and advise opting for a more trustworthy provider with clear pricing and dependable customer support.
The service appears designed for standard 9-5 operations. If your requirements are more complex, it's best to avoid it. It struggles with split shifts and late hours. Payment items and rates are often buggy, failing to integrate with timesheets and payroll, requiring re-entry. Customer support seems overwhelmed, with many users reporting the same issues repeatedly, yet there's no apparent effort to address them. Additionally, duplicates remain unresolved indefinitely, and account codes frequently change after submission. Financial data does not transfer smoothly for payments. Overall, every issue I've faced is echoed by others, but the response from support shows little commitment to making improvements.
With no background in financial software, I chose Xero after attending a workshop, enticed by their 24/7 support. However, I was unable to reach them or receive any response in 10 months, leading me to cancel my subscription. I couldn’t utilize it even once, as it failed to connect to my bank as promised. After switching to another service that provided personalized help at a lower cost, I realized the problem wasn't me. When seeking assistance, I found only pre-answered questions.
