I am very disappointed in my Xfinity services… Their recent problems with scripps has deleted most of the channels I actually watch, including a very important channel to view NFL (ABC) .. my price continues to go up when the channels available go down. I will be looking at other services because this is truly ridiculous. Also it is very difficult dealing with customer service and I also rate that a 1 star. I do not understand, taking away more but increasing my price, this is bad business.
