You know what, I can deal with an inconsistent connection, I can deal with customer service being a bit slow to respond. I can deal with the billing issues, I can deal with having to manually reset my router once per week because for some reason the wifi speed falls off a cliff at times.
What I absolutely will not deal with is paying a premium for the fastest internet tier in my area just to have the connection cut in half one day and to have a tech come out and say he doesn't see a problem. So then I had to find the problem on my own and got the router swapped which fixed the issue. But then Xfinity adds a surprise $100 charge to my bill with no warning, for them not even fixing their own problem! I am disgusted with this company at this point. Nobody said anything about having to pay for the tech to come out but it's especially offensive because he swore he didn't see a problem and literally just swapped the wall plate which didn't resolve anything.
This one crossed the line, charging me $100 just to actually get the internet I pay for when they didn't even fix anything!
