Absolute worst customer service company I’ve ever dealt with. Been with them for years cell phone, and Wi-Fi, and they won’t let me upgrade a phone get a new line with a new phone without paying in full. Even when I’ve paid off every phone and I’m never late on bills. To top it off customer service is rude. Is all get out. Absolute terrible. Terrible company to do business with on the verge of looking for new representation for mobile and home Internet. I would give them zero stars if it would let me.
