Honestly, this service doesn't deserve any stars. I activated my phone services just four days ago, and while both phones were initially fine, on the fourth day, one of them lost all network connectivity. I spent hours getting the runaround, and my phone remains non-functional. I'm switching back to my previous service tomorrow. They need more experienced personnel; I've wasted a lot of time today.
