I have published many books with Xlibris. In the past year four books have been published. I found no one at Xlibris was coordinating the effort, Out the four books as a series, one of the books has a totally different cover design than the other three. I had called several people to no avail. There was the book editor for the fourth book that change all "mother and father" into "Mother and Father" while the other books' editor insisted on using "mother and father" in lower cases. The fourth book editor also made me to drop two chapters of the contents that were twenty-five years history and peoples' names were changed. My book had lost two most important chapters.
