When they say you will have a team that was what they gave me, this was new to me so I really was not sure what I was doing, I just knew how to write. So I did and they took their time with what I did not know. and helped me to understand better what I did know or thought I knew, I did not rush with what I was writing or sign off on anything until I was ready. Not to call any names, from the first person to sign me up to the last person to put my book out there all were a part of my team, I am pleased and you can still reach out to them and I have.
