My dealings with Yuki were great but the rest of the company is just money hungry, they don’t listen to you… constantly calling and pushing for you to buy more marketing even after you have said you are not interested or can’t afford it. I found Jake to be really harassing, since sending them an email; Jake has stopped calling me and it is now someone else from marketing. This company is honestly not worth the headache and is just after receiving money more than anything and will tell you whatever they need to in order to get you to agree to purchasing a package. Still waiting on my royalties to be paid out. Whenever I search my book online both soft and hard copy books are “unavailable.” Not impressed it was put on google books which can now be read for free. I wish I did better research and went through a different company. I’m in the process of looking at publishing a second book and definitely will be doing better research into companies and not using Xlibris again. What a joke.
