Things started to fall apart at the end. The folks helping with the set up and publishing were helpful. But once transferred to my "book consultant" I couldn't easily get a call back, was provided incorrect information, and when I asked to change the delivery address, was told the message was received, BUT DIDN'T change the address. I received the books and I am unhappy with the print quality of the photos; it doesn't seem to match what I approved on the galley photos. They asked me to send an email with pictures, which I did. Four days later, no one has contacted me to discuss.
