I experienced very prompt responses from members of the publishing team, although at times this became confusing with so many different people to deal with. Voice over internet telephone calls are apt to become stilted because of time delays and need some practice to avoid interrupting each other.The editing process was very well accomplished by an obviously competent person which, to my shame, required many changes and engendered some personal embarrassment. Continual pressure to purchase add-on features (e.g. marketing), despite providing verbal and written reasons for declining until further stages in the process had been met, was an unnecessary drawback to an otherwise smooth operation.
