One of Xlibris' strongest assets is the ability to listen and then execute the author's vision. Customer service is also something they have truly mastered. Throughout the process, I felt like I was moving along an assembly line. Each would communicate next steps. When I had questions, they were addressed. Communication is how they were able to take my vision and produce a beautiful product. Xlibris does beautiful work and I will publish with them again in the future.
