A tough rule.Shipping charges to my native Canada by Purolator are very high. The offered solution is to purchase several copies and hold them for distribute from here.Still, the American market is huge, although I missed my chances at some of the "workshops" from the ALC They may have talked about promotion in the USA. Some tips or assistance in this matter of drawing attention to the book in the States, even now, would be helpful. Meanwhile, I can only offer praise for the production team.
