My publishing consultant is Yuki Kenzo and the communication between us is excellent. Yuki always replied to my emails and answered my questions promptly.There has been a delay period in the publishing process, specifically on the front cover design, but the problem has been resolved with Jane Cole. Jane and I agree for me to design the front cover and the rest of the book (interior part) was done by the team. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and excitedly waiting for my book to be published soon.
