It has been a harrowing experience because I was dealing with up to six people who are professionals in their field but can't understand that someone like me, is totally in the dark. It appeared that they were talking about the same thing but in fact were talking of different aspects of publishing stages. The other thing was that despite my pleas about money deduction, there was no understanding, it left me almost a thousand dollars overdrawn and in dire straits financially. When I tried to convey this to your company, I was contacted by Jake Lawrence who assured me he was on my side and would help. Guess what, I was put into further financial distress as another 2 deductions were made and when I made Jake aware of my plight, I have not heard from him, but someone else sent me a copy of what I had payed and what was outstanding, some 6 weeks after I had asked for it. As to how my published books look like, I cannot say because despite the fact that they have dispatched copies to me, they as yet have not arrived. I am rather disappointed how everything was handled and expected better. I have previously expressed my opinion and suggested a better approach, but again, have had no reply.
