The editing and "putting the book together" process ran smoothly, however, when it came to the delivery of the products, it was a disappointing and frustrating process, as I'd have to request over and over again, an attempt to charge me twice and lack of communication between the team was just a couple of things I had to deal with. The marketing consultants were insistently calling to sell offers. This is understandable, but a different approach was expected. Other than that, I thanks the Xlibris team for assisting me in the process of publishing my work.
