My experience of ordering my parts from the XLMOTO.co.uk site was encouraging as it was relatively easy to find what I wanted and at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, this is where my positivity ends.It was pointed out to me AFTER I'd placed my order, that there may be some delays with my delivery due to customs? I wasn't aware my order was coming from outside of ,. I was disappointed to read this but thought ok, may have to wait an extra day or two longer than expected (customs delay poss).Originally I was given a four day delivery window. Is now two day past that. I checked the courier timeline to get an update....only to find that my parcel was released by customs 10 days ago! Where in the UK is my parcel!Last update gave me glimmer of hope. "Your parcel will be delivered 'during the day'".OK.....obviously not on that day, or the next.I appreciate the ordering process with XLMOTO.co.uk was seamless, straightforward and quick but come on people, you really need to sort who you have responsible for your deliveries. Your name has been tarnished only due to this.Unfortunately I won't be using or recommending XLMOTO.co.uk again, due to this disappointing experience. I'm unsure if and when my parcel will appear.It is a shame.
