I initially had my doubts about ordering from this company since they're not based in the UK. Many local stores had warned me about poor service and delivery. I also anticipated shipping taxes and longer delivery times. However, after reading other reviews, I decided to take the plunge. I'm so glad I did! Not only did I save a significant amount, but the item was shipped and arrived a day earlier than expected. Everything has been great so far.

Communication was quite confusing. The online tracking hadn't updated since December 24th. When I tried to use the website for updates, I was told I couldn't access it from the UK. After the delivery date passed, I emailed both the company and what seemed to be the delivery service, but received little help. I got automated replies acknowledging my inquiries, but the delivery service never responded, and neither did the company initially. Eventually, I received a message saying my item was on its way. Things improved from there, and my item finally arrived, but based on this experience, I can't recommend this company.
I ordered the part on December 23rd, but I received no updates about its status until it arrived on January 8th. I tried to reach customer service but couldn't find assistance. I even contacted my bank, thinking I had been scammed. The price was good, but the communication was very poor.
This is an excellent company to work with. Fast dispatch with tracking. I purchased a jacket for summer use, which looks good quality and fits well, keeping the armor in place. I've shopped from this company before and will definitely do so again. Highly recommended!
