Joining this service has been one of the worst choices I've ever made. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. My experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel completely unsupported. A representative approached me last year with an appealing offer: pay just £27 a month for two years, with the assurance that I could cancel anytime without penalties. However, I soon discovered that £32 was being deducted from my account, and they never disclosed the extra VAT charges. After two months, my bill unexpectedly jumped to £45. When I called, they informed me that they added insurance without my permission. I managed to remove it, but the issue persisted month after month. Eventually, I decided to change my business address with them, and they charged me over £120 for that, in addition to the £45 bill. For two months, no one came to deliver the promised services, which pushed me to leave. Three months ago, I called to express my frustration and requested to close my account. That’s when the real trouble began. They demanded £199 for early termination, contradicting the initial agreement that promised no fees. I reluctantly agreed to pay just to escape this situation. Yet, they have continued to deduct £45 from my account each month, despite my account being closed. I was told I filled out forms incorrectly and had to approve changes. Two months later, they are still taking money from me, including charges for services I never requested. I'm paying for a service I no longer use, and it's extremely stressful. I've sought legal assistance, as I don't expect any help from this company.
