I deposited Rs 9999.47 in xm through UPI on 18/1/2026. Till now it has neither been credited to xm account nor to my bank account. It has been 1 month and 15 days now and the problem is still not resolved by customer care people. There is fraud going on in xm. Despite providing screenshot of payment and bank statement, xm is not helping. Deposit through xm was done on UPI ID balkar22@pthdfc
